After installing the OS X disk and everything is working fine, do i need to install the second DISK? I guess my main question is what all is on the Application Disk??? And once again thanks for all the help.

Which version are you talking about? i'm assuming 10.6 or earlier since those came with disks.
I'm not sure what is on the disk: check your applications folder to see if everything (including iLife) is there. If not, go ahead and instal that disk to.
