Newbie here need Apple Mail advice

This is my first post here, so please be nice. Am I an idiot for using apple mail? Is there another option out there that is better for managing multiple email accounts, and folders as well as RSS feeds?? I have been using for a while, but looking for better suggestions, if there are any?

Apple Mail works fine for me. Perhaps you'd be better served by stating exactly where/why Mail falls short in the areas you mentioned.
 
It doesn't fall short in any areas for me, except the fact I have not been able to figure out how to add html to email signatures. Like, If I wanted to have my company logo, linked to my site, then a facebook and twitter icon each linking to our accts.
