Newbie - how to import emails from Outlook into Mail

Hi,

My SR MBP should arrive any day now and so I am just starting to think about moving over content from my PC to my new Mac. Documents etc are easy but I use Outlook and never delete emails (work stuff). I have about 40,000 emails saved in Outlook.

How do I get all these messages over the Mac Mail program? Is there a tool to do this (I assume it doesnt import PST files!).
