Newbie Mac owner. Guidance needed please

Hia. Sorted the videos issue never mind!!! ) is there a good tutorial or something to help me learn about the Mac I'm not used to it at all. Eg. Best way to keep photos (we take a LOT!)

Press Command + Space Bar, then type in Image Capture.

The Mac comes with an app called "Photos" specifically for that purpose.

I just can't say I am massive fan of iPhoto to be honest but if that's all there is then I better get used to it
