I'm helping a mate submit his first ever app to the iTunes store, he made the app using the red foundry website, he got the app to upload stage but something went wrong and accidentally deleted the app in iTunes connect, re-added the app to itunes connect and now the bundleID is no longer selectable and can't use the app name anymore.

With red foundry I have to use the bundleID specified on the website, but iTunes connect no longer shows the ID.... I have contacted Apple but it's been about 5 days now and no word so was hoping for some help on here if anyone can help.

That's the way it works with Apple. If you delete an app, you can no longer use that bundle ID or name. It takes them some time to respond, but they will get back to you. The only fix to it right now is to change the bundle ID on redfoundry.com.
