i have just downloaded a cleanapp 3.0, it says that i have 35 cache files need to be deleted, some of them looks important to me, i dont know what to do,, i know this is an stupid question, but please help???

Usually from my experience, using 3rd party apps to do mac maintenance.
Has always been more trouble than it's worth.

Do you not think Apple would have not made OS X do important fixes on it's own. If their were to be benefits from doing so.
They are more of a placebo than anything. They make new mac switchers feel better as they are used to using every thing under the sun to keep their windows machine alive.

Be carful, as some of these apps will work just fine and dandy. On a certain version of OS X. Then as soon as Apple does a update. They begin to mess with things that are not meant to be messed with.

If you want to dump your cache folders
Navigate to your,
system or Mac HD/Libray/caches
Your User Folder/Libray/Caches
Just delete these cache folders and restart your computer
