Newbie problem, Iphone user w/Tmobile service

    Just got my new Iphone and LOVE IT. Everything works great however when I try to access the web (Safari, Itunes, etc...) I tells me that I am not enrolled in "EDGE". Ok fine, SO I called Tmobile and told them I needed "EDGE" but the rep didnt know what I was talking about, and further said that since they do not troubleshoot Iphones that I would need to find out exactly what service I needed and call them back....he was of little help...long story short, what service do I request from Tmobile to get access to the internet with my Iphone??? Wifi works great @home but I want access away from the house. I know this is probably a stupid question but I am so confused over it all:(

    fyi, I am currently under the sidekick plan with Tmobile.

    You need the blackberry or the total internet package, the sidekick plan runs on the Danger network and is not compatble, you can also do a hack with tzones, if you want but I do not know much about the hack....enjoy your phone, life is GOOOD!!!

    my iphone did not restart

    i was intending to charging my i phone ..but suddenly it turned off and did not restart again i forced it to restart by pressing the on-off button and the home button but nothing happen .. the apple logo appear and keep showing and restarting many time .. help please .. thank you

    can u sync and see if that helps stop those loops ?

    there is no connection .. the itune could not see it ..
