Newbie question - how can I track my new iMac order?

You'll get it when it's shipped (you know, when there's something to track). It'll come via an email which will take you to an Apple page with your order on it.

Sounds like you are already tracking your order. And nothing's happened yet.

If it's a January schedule then at a guess I'd say you won't see anything happen for another ten days. Sorry.
