newbie question

I'm using xchat, and I downloaded a file. DCC is set to download files to /Users/username/.xchat2/downloads
That directory does not show up, I assume it is hidden. How do I get to it?

Click on your Mac HD desktop icon and users is a directory in there.

Use Go => Go to Folder in Finder and type in the path.

And yes, the folder is hidden. In Mac OS X, all folder names that start with . are hidden, as in .xchat2.

Just a side note - you have to type in the path...I tried copy/paste and it would not work.
