newbie, wannabe iphone 6s plus straight talk

Old guy here, can and will anyone point me to a no b.s. instructional doc or vid on how to buy a used iPhone 6s plus make sure it is legit unlocked all the details and how to switch from my droid straight talk to the new used iPhone 6 s plus as painlessly as possible straight talk…seems to be a couple of hundred different opinions on the net, youtube, etc, all saying their method—-(that is the bs part I am trying to avoid) I have a lofty goal of paying 300 or so for one…but may have to come up some on that to get a really clean or refurb from a “legit source” …”legit source” another laffer ….

Go to a reputable seller like Gazelle (https://buy.gazelle.com) and search for an unlocked model of your choice. For instance, 6S Plus start at $339/399 (16/64GB).

I can't vouch for the state the battery may be in, but Apple and authorized repair centers like Staples, Best Buy, etc are replacing batteries for around $30 these days.

Gazelle lets you choose color, and condition (fair, good, excellent). Their unlocked phones are GSM only (won't work on CDMA - Verizon, Sprint), but Straight Talk apparently is an ATT network MVNO. You can choose either an ATT or Unlocked phone to use on Straight Talk according to Gazelle's help links.

Thank you very much...not to be argumentative ...for sure I don't know what I am talking about but my info is st can use either att or verizon ..i think i want to stick with verizon so maybe that leaves gazzell out..I think I need the sim card deal ..not sure but that maybe the cdma ..I will have to chase it some more ...the more I chase the more rabbit holes i have to go down...

.part of if user problem part is overly complicated on purpose for marketing reasons I guess or else a need for more q and a forums...thanks again. will look at gazzel had another on swappa....but they dont have s plus...currently....no hurry for me ...it is at least two weeks out before I solve this hassle...thanks again, oddly enough you are the only one with enough consideration to respond.....karma ...some folks don't get it..thanx
