I'd make your font size a few sizes smaller so one doesn't have to scroll every 5 lines of text.

Looks just like every other blog to me. Not ugly, but nothing special. But hey that's just my opinion. 🙄

Ditto on the lesser font-size.

It also seems overly white to me. As in almost empty. Maybe if you gave the background a slight colour-tone it would help.?

I like the overall design, but not sure if the logo "fits" with the rest of it... but that's just me

Also, not too fond of the toilet pic, there should be a warning. Ew.

The photos are distorted. You need to crop them if you want to change the ratio rather than squeezing them. 🙂

Personally I would recommend a darker colour for the background.

sortof plain, could use a little more life, not flash media or anything, but maybe your banner/logo could stick out more...kindof blah IMO
