"News and nearby app not shown at the siri suggestion/spotlight search homepage"

How do i turn on the news and nearby app at the siri spotlight suggestion at the homepage?because this app does not shown the preview there. It just shows my contacts suggestion only. Any help?i did tun on the news toogle in the spotlight setting too but still not working.

haha. i have a opposite of your wish. i can't seem to turn off news suggestions in spotlight, even though the button for it says off in settings.
