Looks as though Nikon is sort of speeding up its game a little bit, although there are no guarantees that all these promises will come to fruition by the end of 2020 or more than a year from now, the end of 2021.... Be sure to read the very small fine print at the bottom left of the page, too.

Well, the Z5 should help their cause as well. They needed a cheaper FF Z-body, and the Z5 looks pretty compelling.

The Z5 is intriguing but I wonder if it is at enough of a discount to the Z6 to really pull people in.

I’m sure the launch price won’t last too long. It seems like the prices drop 100-200 on most bodies after a few months. Z50 kits are down $200+ from when they launched at the end of 2019.
