My ISP offers unlimited downloads between 12.00am and 6am so I was wondering if there is any newsreader program on MAC that allows me to setup a timer so that qeues are automatically started at a set time and its stopped at another set time?

Thanks in advance for help!

Newsreader? Do you mean RSS feeds? Try Vienna it's a good program. If not then Speed Download is good for setting up scheduled downloads.

I'm not familiar with newsreader stuff, but I would imagine it doesn't take up that much bandwidth.

Er no, newsreaders are used to download binaries from newsgroups. And they take A LOT of bandwidth :D
