iPod touch Newsstand app is broken

the app is located in the top left hand corner of my screen, but now there is a gap where it use to be and Newsstand is on the second row of apps, everytime i try to move it, it just glitches out and doesn't move, I tried restoring my ipod touch 4g but the problem is still there.
Please help?
