Newstand icon is black?

Installed a theme didn't like it and removed it. The problem now is the newstand icon is black. Now I know I can hide it but is there anyway to fix it without having to manually add a new image file in its place?

Simple but did you try a respring? Try one within winterboard by selecting a theme then unselecting it.

You can get iWipeCache from Cydia and try that also.

What's the difference between iWipeCache and fsWipeCache? Is there even any in terms of function?

Not familiar with the 2nd one.
It is supposed to flush the icon cache to allow it to reload correctly.
