Apple holds Activity Challenges for various holidays and events throughout the year, and began offering awards for International Day of Yoga back in 2019.

Any yoga workout will fulfill the requirement, as long as you select the yoga workout type from the Workout app on the Apple Watch or use an app that adds yoga workouts to the Health app.

How can anyone stand this stuff:

Imagine enhancing this event with the power of AI. AI could analyze your yoga performance, providing real-time feedback on your form and suggesting improvements to optimize your workout. AI-driven personalized recommendations could tailor yoga routines to individual fitness levels and goals. Furthermore, AI could offer guided yoga sessions with virtual instructors, ensuring proper technique and motivation.

By integrating AI, the International Day of Yoga could become a more interactive, personalized, and effective experience for participants, ultimately helping them achieve their fitness goals more efficiently.

I'm so good at yoga.
😂 That’s how I felt the few times I tried it. The pregnant lady in the background cracked me up.

I thought yoga was a nice smooth progressional thing to stretch out the body. I’m “older” and play hockey and tried yoga to get back some of my flexibility. No lie, the way they do it, yoga is a workout!

Maybe I’m doing it wrong? 🤣
