I really hope we'll see new HD Displays, much thinner, led, and so on...

but one thing i was also curious is why (until now) there is always this relatively large space around the screen. especially on the laptops you have this grey area around it and it's almost double the size on the top where the isight is.

can't they make the borders much thinner? it would look so much more sleek. as shown here in this sony concept: http://www.topblogposts.com/files/futuristic-sony-vaio-zoom/2.jpg

I have also noticed the wider top border on the laptops to accomidate the "iSight" camera. The latest MacBook Pro's no longer have this design problem and the frame is an even width around all sides.

I think the new displays will be at least half as thin and the border / frame of the screen will probably be half as thin also - current technology can't achieve what Sony's concept shows. But we can but dream.

I keep going back and forth on my opinions as the the new cinema displays including an iSight camera or not...only time will tell.
