Actually, no. We've heard all these rumors before. If you want to throw crap at the wall and hope that some of it sticks so you can return later and get some warm huggy self-esteem feelings out of it, that's fine, but don't pretend that no one has heard this stuff before.

Incidentally, you're wrong. ;)

First, your prediction of the 7s/+ is nothing new.

Second, the 7s will be a boring phone.

Third, whether 2017 will prove to be a blockbuster year or not for Apple is no real concern of mine.

I'm probably going to sit this year out.

One thing is for sure that needs no proof, is they're going to be VERY expensive. Especially the OLED phablet model.

I think one of the rumors that are likely going to be accurate that was posted from MacRumors roughly 2 weeks ago, is that the OLED model will be price to starting around $1000. I can only imagine the demand for this iPhone if and when it's true.

I would generally agree with everything you said except the price. I could see them making the 64GB version $900 but a $300 jump to the next storage size seems a bit much.

So the 7S will have nothing new except the processor and camera spec bumps, and the 8 will have everything new, start at under $1000, yet have a $300 difference between storage tiers?

You're right- I did hear it here first. Also the last I'll ever hear of it.
