I think cheetah and tiger and possibly lynx are the only real possibilities.
In addition, macworld says Lynx is the winner, http://www.macworld.co.uk/news/main_news.cfm?NewsID=6866 and I think apple will drop the official cat name thing all togeather. It only started in Jaguar.

10.0 was Cheetah
10.1 was Puma

They just didn't advertise the cat naming system until 10.2 to help people easily discern between system versions.
