Tablets Nexus 7 case

I just purchased a case from Best Buy, I don't know the manufacturer but I think it's one of the official cases since it has the official Google packaging. It was priced at $50 and my first impression is that it's kind of pricey. Does anyone have any reviews for this case or can offer up any good alternatives? All the brick & mortar stores I've been to hardly have anything to choose from.

Way too expensive! Amazon has nice cases less than half that cost.

Poetic Slimline case. Been using this case since it was released and it is probably the best out there. Comes in various colors and has a very minimal footprint (aka doesn't add a lot of weight or thickness, but protects the entire device.) Has the magnetic sleep/wake built in, and keeps the lid closed as well when you want it to stay closed (doesn't flop around like cheap cases, in other words.)

Currently using a black carbon fiber MoKo Slim-Fit Folio cover case.

This is for the 2012 version by Moko. The Poetic 2013 version is slimmer and better made/fits better. I have both the one you mention and the poetic on my 2012 and 2013 Nexus 7's.

Amazon defaults you to the 2012 version but you can just select the 2013 model when you're on their page (gives you option to select 2012 or 2013 nexus 7 or nexus 10)

Wow that's much better and for a third of the price. I'll be returning this case today.
