Hello all. After waiting to hear that there would be no Apple TV update, I went out and bought an Apple TV last night. I needed one to watch NHL games with my Rogers NHL Gamecenter Live subscription.
However, after plugging the Apple TV in and updating the software, it appears my NHL app is outdated (in the settings under privacy policy, the last update shows August 13, 2014).
Are there any Canadians reading this who have a Rogers Gamecenter Live subscription having issues watching games on their Apple TV? My Rogers GCL subscriptions works on my ipad, iphone and my Macbook Pro so I know my subscription is active. I'm just not getting the "MyRogers" login prompt on the Apple TV.
After calling both Rogers and the NHL GCL tech support, both have pointed the finger to Apple as the problem.
