macOS .nib file

There are several tutorials online, where when you double click on the .nib file, the MainMenu.nib has a toolbar, containing the following -- instance, classes, images, sounds, nib. When I open mine this does not occur. Are these tutorials in an older version of Xcode? Thanks.

Yeah, that's Xcode2, in 3 those things are broken out into different places in the UI.
