My email to Apple:
Please don't ship my iBook by FedEx Ground. I will have difficulty signing for it because I travel all the time. Please ship by regular FedEx because I can just go into their office, sign for it and pick it up. This option is not available for FedEx Ground.

That tracking number is for my iPod which has already shipped. I specifically referred to the iBook which has not shipped yet.
