Nicks and Chips on iPhone 4

My iP4 has got little nicks and chips in the plastic bit between the antenna and the glass of the screen. How m i to get this repaired?
 
I dont think your going to have much luck getting that repaired. It gets handled right? Its going to get chips and scratches live with it.
