Hey Guys

Just curious as to what temperature your all using on your phones. I have my slider set to just over two thirds of the way up for reading and browsing. But turn it of when watching video or playing games etc.

As of 8:30 p.m. I set night shift to the warmest temp. Feels good.

also, f.lux is always activated on my MacBook

Mine is sunset to sunrise, wow I thought mine was set warm. I also use f.lux:)

I have Nightshift activated from sunset to sunrise at the warmest temperature. I'm about to customize the schedule since I don't like how it starts to shift to warmer colors while it's still light out.

Not if you turn it off for watching video. My setting is probably a little cooler, but I keep it on all night.

I might try the max setting for a few days but I'm pretty sure it will be to warm for me.
I think the best setting is when you don't even realize it's on and everything feels natural.

Yes I turn it of too when gaming or watching videos.
[doublepost=1460571454][/doublepost]Glad you people are enjoying this new feature.
[doublepost=1460571697][/doublepost]Gudi thats an interesting view you have, I like to have mine very warm just to get the maximum benefit of supposedly better sleep....

All the way to warmest.

I have found since that I have this I have slept consistently well. I really think the blue light that I've been using before bed and in bed (set to lowest setting) was really messing with my circadian rhythm. I'm a little bit shocked how well this has worked, or to be pessimistic, how much the blue light was interfering with my sleep.

Same here. I crank it all the way up on both my iOS devices and MacBook. No sense in going halfway as I'm not a graphic artist or photographer and don't need 100% color accuracy. I believe without a doubt that it's helped my sleeping patterns. Granted, no light at all is better than some light even if that light is really warm. But you'd have to threaten to cut off my arms before I'd be willing to give up my pre-bedtime usage.

Absolutely love Night Shift. Have it set for 'warmest' on my phone & iPad Pro.
I have f.lux on my MacBook Air and MacMini. Hoping Apple makes this a built-in feature of OS X soon.
