Just found something to weigh them.

42mm stainless steel pin sports band 29g
42mm anthracite/black Nike sports band 28g

Thought it would be much less. Just wanted a lighter band. The SS model and sports band feels heavy when sleeping.

Apple's site used to list the weight of all wristbands. I wonder why they stopped those actually quite relevant specs...
