I keep reading that watchOS 9 will bring the Nike watch faces to all Apple Watch models.

My question will be, how? How? And, why? What will be the differences between the Apple Watch Nike editions now, compared to the standard editions? Did they do this by mistake, or the contract between them and Nike expired?

I cannot seem to find any more details on this.

Pretty sure WatchOS 9 is out today (around 6pm UK) so you will have the Nike faces today.

I'm on the beta and this is what you see if you scroll down when choosing a new face.

They don't appear in new faces on my app either (Graphite S7). They are further down and also on the watch under 'N' when you scroll down when choosing a new face.

It would be very strange to not offer the option on the Hermès watches.

Nada. Makes sense though, maybe Hermès doesn’t want Nike on their watches.

Fingers crossed they enable it later. They didn't appear right away on mine after updating so you never know.

They appeared on the watch itself if you try to change the watchface. After this it also shows up on the watch app on your iPhone.
That's weird, but I'm glad it worked. I had an older Nike watch, but got a series 7 on Prime Day, so I was missing the Nike faces. I'm glad they are back.

No Nike watch faces on my Series 7 Hermés yet either even though I have watch OS 9 RC and iOS 16. I've tried rebooting and also unpairing/re-pairing...

Check out the dedicated Hermès thread. Apparently the Hermès Watches are actually the only ones not getting the Nike faces. So random.

I was looking to order a silver Nike watch to replace my series 6 Nike. The series 8 Nike doesn't seem to be available in the silver, but in Starlight. I think I'm going to have to check it out in person before I order.

I don’t have it on my titanium s7 either. Anyone else with titanium Watch able to get Nike faces?

There is no Series 8 Nike.

Really disappointed that my Hermès version won’t get the Nike faces, I have more use for the Nike ones than the Hermès ones
