Nike+iPod feature, what is it?

I just got a replacement iPhone, I had a 3G and now have a 3GS iphone. I never noticed that feature on my last phone. So what is it and how does it work?

Apple's site has some pretty good info on it. Pretty cool feature if you're a runner or treadmill jogger.

I was a upgrade priced iphone with a new 2 year warranty thru Att. I really didn't want to use the upgrade since it seems Apple is coming out with a new iphone sometime this year. I looked around the internet for a used iphone and everyone wanted $500+ bucks for the phone.

I have it for my ipod nano! I love it. It pushes you to get in shape and i'll be ripped come summer time lol
