hey everyone.

Is it best to just use Workouts on the iPhone or Apple Watch when going for a run to ensure they contribute to the activity rings; or does Nike+ automatically send data to the activity app upon completion of a run.

Nike running club should contribute to your daily goals. I use Strava for cycling and that immediately adds to my exercise and calorie goal after completeong a workout 🙂

Just make sure your settings allow for the Nike app to write data to Health and Activity.
