Hello - I previously had a Nike Apple Watch. Used it for running. It synced well with the NRC app. For example my level colour is purple, and the Apple Watch run stats would be purple.

I got a new Apple Watch, non Nike but have the NRC app and it’s not syncing. I did a 0.4 k walk to test it and it didn’t show up on the nrc app. Also the stat colours are as if I’m brand new (it’s white).

I’ve tried deleting the app from my phone, signing out and in and restarting the Watch but nothing works. Any fix to this?

In the Nike app on your phone, go into the in-app settings, then to "run settings," then scroll down and tap "setup Apple Watch." I find that this sometimes helps with getting the Nike app on the watch to start syncing with your account.

Another possibility is to uninstall and reinstall the watch app -- open watch app on your phone, scroll down to find Nike run club, turn "show app on watch" off, wait to make sure it uninstalls, then back on.

I too moved from a Nike watch to a non-Nike watch, and the Nike run app is working smoothly for me. So I know this can work. Hope you figure it out, I know how frustrating it can be not to be able to get your running history back.

Thanks for your message! I actually tried all of that. But it didn’t work. It finally did when I did the following in this order. Logged out of the app. Deleted from the watch. Deleted the app from the phone. Reset the phone (using volume buttons and power). Restarted my watch using side and crown and then got the app again, logged in.

This time when I set up the watch it just came up with my old data! Thank you!
