I was walking my dogs in the woods and can't figure out what this number is: 15'43"

Real leasurely stroll as the dogs are off-leash. Can't be 15 feet per second, could be inches! 😀

The distance is given in Kilometers so I guess thats 15 minutes 43 seconds per Kilometer.
