Ordered mine from EE (UK) on Thursday 19th Sept, still not arrived, so just gave them a call and was told that it doesn't launch until this Friday?

Wasn't aware of this, and assumed the delay was just due to my late order.

Has anyone already got a Nike S5 or is this information correct?

The specific model is the 44m in Space Grey. Hopefully it will come on Friday!
 
Same as every year. Nike models launch two weeks after the others. (Edit: I have no idea why)

Mine arrived early. Ordered when pre-orders opened, had an ETA of Oct 4 - 9 and it came in yesterday Sep 30th.

You are the second person to state that their's came in early. One poster said his came in yesterday. I was thinking today, that he might have been pulling my leg. Did you see any movement before you received it? I also ordered when pre-orders open but as of now I'm still seeing my shipment as being in Louisville, KY. Has been there since the 29th.
 
I did see movement. I think Saturday it went from "pending" to "shipped" I was quite surprised. I kept the page open on my phone, so I didn't have to keep reentering the tracking number, and when I just happened to be looking at Safari on Saturday, it refreshed and showed shipped.

Was it on apple page or ups tracking? On apple page its still showing for me as preparing to ship, but ups choice tracking shows movement and delivery by 10/4. CC was charged a few days ago too.

I ordered mine through Sprint and that's where it changed.
