Nike watch face - Non Nike Watches?

I swore when I was watching the Apple event today that they said something about the Nike watch faces being able to be downloaded regardless of having a Nike Apple Watch. Did anyone else catch that? When will that happen? Thanks!

Yeah I heard that too. My understanding is the same as yours - Nike faces will be available on all watches.

I went back and rewatched it, sounds like it will be a feature of WatchOS 9 that is supposed to release on 9.12, I can't wait!

I went from a Nike to regular watch just in time, because I used a Nike watch face. Updated to public beta 9.0 to get it back.
