Starting??? LATER THIS MONTH???? Don't they begin production like half a year before they're released? There's no way they have enough stock for the whole world if they just start at the end of this month...
No electronics this year will have enough stock. Same issue with the upcoming PS5

This will be the first time I won't be getting excited about getting the latest and greatest iPhone. My current iPhone 11 Pro still looks and runs like new. I absolutely see no reason to upgrade.............

Well this is obviously wrong. If Apple is announcing the new phones next week there is no way production hasn't already started.

I am so psyched for the Airpods! And Apple might design variations to fit every budget: AirTags: Now at $199, $299, and $399 each. The $199 version doesn't really work, but it's cheap and comes in multiple colors. The $299 version lets you use bluetooth and find your device if it's within 10 feet. The $299 version uses LTE and WiFi and can show your item in real time anywhere on earth, plus it has a small gold stripe under the Apple Logo.

The backside of the iPhone 12 5.4" looks very pleasing to me,
especially with the iPhone-4-style black glass backside.

Coming from iPhone SE (1st) I'm a little afraid of loosing the ability to use it with one hand.

Same here. Have the 11 Pro Max and I am perfectly fine with it!
I will buy the 12 Pro Max around this time next year if Apple decides to go port less in 2021.

That 6.7" is closing in on Mini territory. My iPhone 8 hands might rebel. Or is this Tim Apple's master shareholder plan: build a device too big to hold, make it glass, maniacal laughing ensues 👹

Shocking. A consumer product company is releasing more consumer products just before the time when people tend to buy consumer products. You've cracked this conspiracy wide open!

Shocking. A negative MR reply on someone’s post who just trying to share some excitement.

shocking.

Production should have started months ago, not mid Sept, that's when the phones should be released. Great job Apple. Not waiting until December for a Pro Max and Im not going to keep paying past 12 months on my 11 Pro Max on the iUP program. About to get a Note Ultra 20 and be done with iPhone.
