When I connect a Nikon D90 DSLR to my MacBook PRO (early 2009) the camera is not recognized by the OS. Nothing happens. On my old PC running XP Professional the camera appears in explorer.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have the Mac camera drivers installed :confused:

the camera should work without any driver like any other generic usb device. there is no driver for mac on the cd

All I know is I have the new Canon T1i and it came with Mac drivers. Check your cameras internet site to see if they have them...

I agree that it sounds like the drivers are not installed.

I hate to hijack the thread, but how do you like your T1i?
