When I connect a Nikon D90 DSLR to my MacBook PRO (early 2009) the camera is not recognized by the OS. Nothing happens. On my old PC running XP Professional the camera appears in explorer.

    Any help would be appreciated.

All I know is I have the new Canon T1i and it came with Mac drivers. Check your cameras internet site to see if they have them...

Make sure you have the latest software updates. It should include drivers for it.

I agree that it sounds like the drivers are not installed.

I hate to hijack the thread, but how do you like your T1i?
