I still don't see what is bad with the idea to try and change the environment for the better – this is one way of doing so

Only for the wealthy? It's not some luxury boat we're talking about. But for the feel-good middle class perhaps? :)

And I always think it's good when people care even if their "one person action" doesn't change the world, many people's personal action together can – at least somewhat.

That's the idea. Lots of "little bits" add up.

Good idea. I have a large lumbar pack made from recycled plastic bottles. Very nice and sturdy.
However, $40 for a case that looks to only provide scratch protection is way too much.
Also the texture will pick up dirt and grime like a magnet, and just because they’re made from recycled plastic doesn’t mean they’ll stand up to a good cleaning.

The wallpapers caught my attention more than the product itself.
Does the wallpapers come with it?

Here’s the glacier/ocean pic.
Bubbles was as close as I could find.

The only lives anyone will be changing by subscribing to this will be the lives of the CEO’s and company leaders, lol. A $40 subscription is absurd for most people. Just another get rich quick scheme while pretending to make a difference. This won’t affect the oceans even a little bit.

Your point about the CEO’s is absolutely true
However, over time, participating in these types of products brings about attitude changes - and that will make a difference.
That said, no, I’n not blowing $40 on yet another case.

I'm never buying a case that doesn't good all the way around (gap at the bottom). All it takes is a poorly angled drop and it'll still crack your screen. I've seen it happen a few times with phones of friends. Too bad though, they look nice.

Just got ours today. Holy cow these feel nice in the hand.
Really? I just sent mine back for a refund. The buttons have no tactile feedback and it does not fit snug in the middle. It’s a poor fitting case. But the interior and exterior fabric materials are nice.

Hand feel != handling.

So with that being said, my case has become quite loose, yet my girlfriend's is just as snug as new. I agree on the buttons being incredibly stiff, but that didn't bother me enough to care. I do wanna reach out to them to see what can be done because I feel like mine might be defective as hers is fine.
