Well, the Keynote/press conference is not to far away.

We can use this thread to discuss all the ACTUAL events that happen there rather than the current speculation thread.

Can't wait to talk to you guys about the new Zelda trailer :D

I hope the conference isn't riddled with boring mainstream montages this time.

Looking forward to seeing Kid Icarus plus any surprises.

And I'm really looking forward to Sony's Conference, but that's another topic.

I'm anticipating the unveiling of a new cel-shaded Legend of Zelda for the Wii that utilises the new Wiimote 'gizmo' for enhanced hacking and slashing! :D

eehhhh, I'm honestly hoping that a console Zelda doesn't go cell-shaded again. I liked the Twilight Princess style so much more.

IF they do go cell-shading, then I would like a "serious anime" style, like.. umm... ehh.. I guess like Death Note kinda anime style.

Only thing I'm looking forward to is......ummm ummm maybe Zelda. I hope Nintendo surprise me with the likes of:

Day of Disaster(thats whats its called right?)
Sadness
The Conduit
Project H.A.M.M.E.R
Princess Peach Pony barnyard extravaganza....Okay I'm joking GLFPraxis don't get all excited:)

Bless

Doesn't surprise me much, but glad I'm not the only person here who is really, really hoping for a new Zelda game. And hoping that this article is a bad joke (steampunked, no Link... /shudder). Oh, and the cell-shading was badass in WW.

What's the best place to read a live blog for Nintendo's presentation?

Project HAMMER is a good "hard core" possibility

Disaster Day of Crisis was supposed to be already released but was post poned for better quality

So much for no speculation :D

It starts in less than an hour! Can't wait!

Also....

I LOVED Windwaker. One of my favourite Zelda games actually.
But i'm really hoping it is more like the TP style. I really want to see what the Wii can REALLY do in terms of realism. We know no 3rd party is gonna do that, so i rely on Nintendo to show us what the Wii can truly do!

Aye aye! There's a storm brewing up here too. E3+dinner+storm= magic! So long as we don't get a power cut :D

Going off the 1:1 controller announcement yesterday I'm guessing Nintendo have a lot to get through this year. Or that MS were rumoured to have a 1:1 device and wanted to get theirs announced first. Hmm!

And I don't care where they take Zelda. I've only ever been dissapointed by 1 Zelda game so it's a good enough track record for me to trust, art style aside, they'll give us a stellar gaming experience.

Only 45 minutes away!

Seriously, if there is no new Zelda, i might cry:D:(

Out of curiosity, which one? I think the only console Zelda (I don't usually play handhelds) that was ever a disappointment was Adventure of Link, and that's just relative to the other games.

Also, I asked above, but still hoping one of you has a suggestion about where I can read a live blogging of the Nintendo event. Anyone have a suggestion of a reliable source?

Phantom Hourglass. It just didn't stick with me, lacked the charm of previous Zelda handhelds. Graphics were okay, level design and structure was poor, music was forgettable, needed Four Swords built in (like LttP GBA) and I hear it got very repetative towards the end. I made up for it though and bought myself mint conditions of both Oracle games.

Interesting... On the UK stream it says "products range from Rating Pending to Mature"

Hmmmmmmm...

After you watch a Steve Jobs keynotes these seem so.. childish.

Not starting out to so well for me, instead of bringing out Reggie and talking about games, they bring a mom out to be a poster boy to the casual crowd to show "HEY I CAN DO IT TOO"!!

The intro for the snowboarding game was just utterly awful. Nothing blowing my skirt up yet, and not just because I don't wear one.

C'mon Zelda...
