Nintendo's Latest Mobile Game 'Dr. Mario World' Launches on iOS App Store

I don't see anything free here.

Just me or this is usually an indication that I don't want to play this game anyway? I prefer games that you pay upfront - not fremium games that try to get you to buy gems/diamonds every 5 mins of gameplay. I grew up with different games, not clash of clans so ... I may be getting old.

I'm all for gender equality, but the game is called "Dr. Mario", not "Dr. Peach".

Although, according to Shigeru Miyamoto (https://nintendoeverything.com/miyamoto-says-marios-full-name-is-mario-mario/) Mario's full name is "Mario Mario", and if Mario and Peach are a couple, then her full name might be "Peach Mario" and so if she's a doctor, that would make her "Dr. Mario" too. So... yeah... where was I going with this?

Peach isn't married to Mario at all

For those complaining it's not like the original, it's called Dr Mario World. It's not meant to be the exact same same game

I've played to level 20, and i've hit no pay wall or hearts / lives timer or anything. It has asked me to download more of the game though (roughly 100mb) and it looks like a bunch more things have now unlocked too.
It started out pretty slow, but now i'm really liking it. Pretty ok for free at current

I have Mario Run, paid full price and quite like it but still never expected too much.
