I won an auction for a mouse this week on ebay and paid right away with paypal/cc. However, the next day I noticed that the seller was no longer a registered user on ebay. I got no notifications of shipment and email the seller yesterday regarding shipment but got no response.

I won this auction on the morning of the 22nd, so it has been 3 days. Should I wait till May 8th, which was the estimated delivery date, or use paypal to get my money back and just buy from a different seller? I don't really want to wait and then have it not come in and buy a new one and have to wait even longer.

Has anyone else dealt with a NLRU seller or been in a similar situation?

If there's no other way to contact the seller then I'd open a dispute with paypal.

Open a dispute immediately. You will get you money back. I have no doubt about that. Just the sooner you dispute it, the sooner you see your money back.
