The Apple Store
Hello,
I was looking at a nMP with an upgraded 10 core processor for $3,477.99

The Specs are:
INTEL XEON E5-2680 2.8GHz 10-CORE
16GB RAM
512GB SSD
AMD FirePro D500

It is used with only 606 hours on the machine, completely mint and still has AppleCare until November (apparently a processor upgrade does not impact warranty)

Is this a good price?

Did Apple do the processor upgrade? The U.S. Warranty says:

This Warranty does not apply: ... to an Apple Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Apple;

Assuming you checked warranty status on the Apple site, this implies they might decline to provide service even if AppleCare is still active.
