    I need help please!

When I installed win 8.1 in bootcamp I thought this pc is GREAT! The more I worked the worse it got. I actually removed the bootcamp partition 3 times now and recreated it again with a clean install of windows. Windows will run smooth for a little while then irritates me again.

I have the standard 6 core 16G RAM D500 nmp. Currently windows will start stutter and the only way I can stop it is to reboot. I need to reboot about 20 times a day.... My cursor will move as if the batteries are flat, but they are not and it is the same with other mice. If I play music it sounds like a scratched record... playing, making a funny scratching noise then play further... same when opening windows, it pauses and then load. Even explorer will pause between folders that it loads. As soon I reboot it runs smooth again for a while.

Is there anybody with the same issues or able to help me?
