No 2 years upgrade for AT&T on apple.com?

Am I missing something or apple.com does not have to 2 years upgrade option for att customers?
I also tried older iphone models with no availability.

This has been discussed and the consensus is that it can only be done through ATT

Hasn't been possible for a few months now. Only option is through att.com or a COR store.
