iPhone No 3D touch voice memos app

I just saw a YouTube video of the Apple iPhone 6s.
And in advertising see that in 3D Touch voice memos.
Does anyone know why it does not work on my iPhone 6s?

There's no 3D Touch shortcut for my Voice Memo app either.

Just opened my voice memo app for what was probably the first time in years and recorded something. Went back to the home screen and force touch works on it.
