No 3g? First time smartphoner

Just got my 4s in today, everything is going fine, works on wireless, but then I left the house and my 3g never came up and no networks could be connected to. I checked my rate plan on ATT and it says I have the 200mb data plan selected. I activated the phone obviously but maybe there is another step I am missing?

It also won't let me send photos in my texts?

*edit!!!* reset my network settings and all fixed 🙂

I'd be careful, 200mb is tight on an iPhone. Monitor your usage or you may get charged overage fees.
