You have to set up Activity.

I'm not that stupid, yes I have 😛 Tried searching in spotlight, no sign of it.

I've set it up on my watch anyway, was one of the first things i did.

Correct, the Watch has to be set up before it shows on iPhone

Reboot your phone. Somone else had the same issue and that was the fix.
