Just got of the phone with apple and apparently there is no applecare.

Can anyone confirm?
 
The articles that mentioned AppleCare for the iPhone said that it would be available starting later this year.

Ahh cool ... thanks for the info.

You can add one on at a later date as long as your inside the warany correct?

Yep. Well that's what you can do with Apple desktops and laptops. I'd imagine it'd be the same with the iPhone.
