No audio coming out of my Powerbook

What is going on? Anyone ever experience this? I have the volume turned all the way up, it's not muted, but I am getting no sound. I have had this happen before, but a reboot seemed to fix it in the past. It's been like this for a few days now.

It could be lose connections.
Bring it in if its still under apple care. Could be an easy 5 minute fix.

That, or the speakers could have blown, but i dont know how you possible could blow them.

It's not just the speakers though, because whenever I plug head phones in, there's no audio either.

make sure the balance isnt turned off or muted under system pref.?
