No Call Waiting?

Hello I have a iPhone 7+, and now when people call when I am on the phone, it goes directly to voicemail. Why is that? No more call waiting?

Perhaps something with your carrier settings? Might be worth checking on it all with Verizon.

"Call Waiting" feature may have been inadvertently removed from your plan when you upgraded devices? A call to Verizon should square it away.

I am with Verizon and have call waiting. Check with Verizon on your issue.

This has nothing to do with your phone. Just ring your carrier and have it checked
