No color when printing web page to pdf

Hello, why sometimes when I try to print websites with lots of colored words to pdf, the colors became black and white only? Same issue under both Safari and Firefox. Can you please let me know how to fix it?

If the selected printer is only B/W, that could be reason. You could to workaround this problem, choose "Export to PDF" in Safari. It is in the "File" menu.

Some printer/drivers default to grayscale (black only) to save $. You might check the details in the printers settings to see.

I heard that this issue is caused by:

@media print

in the source. Any simply way to make it works?
